Gontran Cherrier’s arrival in Saudi Arabia brought one of Paris’s best-known artisan bakery brands to a new market - and with it, the challenge of translating a distinctly Parisian identity into a local flagship.
SDT delivered the design and fit-out of the location, balancing the brand’s established visual language with the practical demands of a high-volume bakery and café: production spaces, front-of-house flow, and the finishes that give the brand its warmth.
