About the Project
A low-rise residential village on the Red Sea coast - white villas and townhouses set among palms and native planting, connected by shaded walkways and a landscaped network that opens onto the shoreline.
SDT International provided supervision and management consultancy services - overseeing site operations, coordinating contractors and stakeholders, and enforcing strict adherence to approved plans, specifications and safety standards through regular inspections and rigorous quality control.
