CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
To control a project's time, cost, and quality, the SDT CM leads a team of specialists.

SDT specialists oversee different aspects of construction project management to include scheduling, safety, cost estimating, design, quality assurance, value engineering, commissioning, construction inspection, risk management, and more.
The responsibilities of a construction manager fall into these seven categories:

1. Project management planning
2. Cost management
3. Time management
4. Quality management
5. Contract administration
6. Safety management
7.Construction management professional practices (manage the team working on the project, define each person’s role and responsibilities, etc.)
What is Construction Management ?

Construction Management, or CM, is a service that uses specialized, project management techniques to manage the planning,

The purpose of CM is to control a project's time, cost and quality.
