RISK ASSESSMENT SERVICES
The Scope of Risk Assessment depends on the specifics of each project requirements, and may include:

• Structural property condition surveys to be undertaken in relation to all adjacent and neighboring buildings and structures.

• Evaluation of buildings general stability, strength and safety.

• Risk Assessment of the effects that the design and execution of the works may have on the structural integrity of adjacent buildings and existing structures.

• Review, Evaluation, and Reporting shall follow the Client’s priority areas and interim reports shall be issued as and when the survey and risk assessment is completed.
RISK ASSESSMENT DELIVERABLES
• Building description an pertinent information

• Description of the structural elements and essential structural information

• Condition survey photographs and checklists for all visited areas including the assessment and classification of all encountered vulnerabilities Questionnaires, marked-up drawings and any other filled schedules and forms should be included in the report

• A global risk assessment of each building for its stability and safety, taking into consideration all the findings of the physical survey in addition to the need for any temporary safety measures during the construction phase
